We process WhatsApp messages solely to automate bookings, notifications, and confirmations on behalf of our clients.

Data Storage

Conversation data is stored in Supabase using encrypted storage. Access is restricted to authorised systems only.

AI Providers

We may use AI providers such as OpenAI or Google Gemini. Data is not used to train their models.

Retention

WhatsApp conversation data is retained for a maximum of 90 days unless otherwise required by the client.

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
