Imesc Digital provides AI WhatsApp automation solutions for service businesses, including booking and notification workflows.

Pricing

Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing prior to service commencement.

Platform Costs

Third-party platform fees (WhatsApp, hosting, messaging) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Imesc Digital’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the preceding 3 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable.
